About us

Who is behind Kórtex.

Behind every agent there is no call centre and no generic template: there is one person who has been building software since the age of 14 and who has made AI engineering their craft. Kórtex is small on purpose, which is why the person who founded it is the person who answers.

The founder

Hello, I'm Daniel. I build the agents.

"I don't come from academia or from a big logo. I come from building things, and from breaking them to understand how they break."

I have been building software since I was 14: websites, applications and automation for businesses. In 2022 I founded VaultBit, a consultancy for the custody and inheritance of digital assets, where I learned that when it comes to the things that really matter, meaning people's money and people's data, security is not an extra, it is the starting point.

Kórtex comes from putting together two things I know how to do: AI agent engineering and data security. I am not a doctor, and that is precisely the point. My job is to make sure the repetitive part of your practice (the phone, the bookings, the follow-up) is handled by a reliable, traceable system. Clinical judgement and the final word always belong to your team. The agents never decide anything clinical.

Why trust someone you don't know yet?

Because I would rather show you what is actually there than promise what isn't. Kórtex is a young brand and I am not hiding it: you will not find a hundred invented client logos here. What you can verify is the training and the judgement behind every agent, and a way of working designed so that you can check it for yourself.

Anthropic Academy certifications

From the makers of Claude, covering AI agents, the MCP protocol and model deployment (Bedrock, Vertex AI). The technical foundation your practice's agents are built on.

Cyfrin Updraft badges

In security and development, using an OWASP-style audit methodology. That is why Kórtex is "local first" and traceable by design, not as an afterthought.

VaultBit (custody and inheritance of digital assets) and Kórtex. Real software, in production, not a weekend project.

Why clinics, and why this way?

Because healthcare and social care are full of repetitive work that burns out the team and eats into patient time, and at the same time it is the sector where being careless with data does the most damage. That is exactly the intersection where my obsession with security actually earns its keep.

That is why Kórtex is built on three rules I do not negotiate:

01The data stays home. Local processing first, on workstations installed in your practice. Whatever has to leave stays on European infrastructure. We never use clinical data to train third-party models.
02Your team is in charge. The agents propose and carry out the repetitive part; clinical decisions and the final word belong to people. Every action is logged and auditable.
03Test before you trust. We start with a workflow audit, the only phase we do not invoice, and deploy in stages, in supervised mode. You keep the plan even if you do not continue with us.

If you want to see the full method, it is on How we work. And if you want to see the agents in action with simulated data, try the live demo.

You talk to me,
not to a salesperson.

Tell me how your practice works today and I will hand back a concrete plan, with the numbers and the assumptions in plain sight. The audit is the only phase we do not invoice, and the report is yours even if you do not continue with us.
