24/7 AI call answering for clinics.

Your phone rings at eleven at night, on a Saturday, and during the lunch break. An AI voice agent answers every one of those calls, books into your real calendar, resolves the admin and passes anything urgent to your human team. It says it is an AI from the first second.

How it works, in five steps

No new hardware, no new number to learn and no change to how your team works.

STEP 01

It answers the call

It picks up on the second ring, at any hour. It introduces itself, states it is an artificial intelligence and warns that the call is recorded.

STEP 02

It understands what they need

A new appointment, a change, a question about preparation, a report. It asks only what it needs and verifies identity before touching a record.

STEP 03

It resolves it in your systems

It books on the real slots in your calendar, sends the confirmation and the preparation, and reschedules whoever cannot attend.

STEP 04

It escalates what needs a person

Anything clinical, anything delicate or anything it cannot resolve goes to your team with the full conversation and context attached.

STEP 05

It leaves a record

Recording, transcript and outcome in the dashboard. You can listen to any call or just read how it ended.

When it makes sense and when it does not.

We would rather tell you now than three months in. This is not for everyone.

It makes sense if
  • You lose calls outside working hours or during peak times.
  • Reception is interrupted constantly while attending patients in person.
  • Your calendar has gaps you do not manage to fill.
  • You want every call answered without hiring another person.
It does not if
  • Your call volume is very low and reception covers it comfortably.
  • You need someone to give clinical advice on the phone, which no agent will ever do.
  • You are not willing to have the agent state that it is an AI, which is a legal requirement.

Frequently asked questions.

The agent reads out the urgency notice it has been given, points the patient to emergency services if the situation worsens and alerts the on-call team immediately, with the exact words the patient used. It does not assess severity and it does not give medical advice: it makes sure a person hears about it in time.

Yes. That is one of the clearest differences from a human switchboard: several simultaneous conversations do not queue up behind each other, so the line is never engaged.

They will, because it says so. The agent states it is an artificial intelligence at the start of the call and warns that the call is being recorded, as the EU AI Act requires. The option to talk to a person is always available.

The conversation is processed locally first, on workstations installed in your practice, and whatever has to leave stays on European infrastructure under a data processing agreement. Every call is recorded, transcribed and logged, and you can review any of them.
