Privacy policy.
What data we collect, what we use it for and what rights you have. The short version: we only process what you send us through the contact form, and nothing else.

Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected through this website is Daniel Brosed Giral, a sole trader (self-employed individual), national ID / tax ID 18102130A, trading under the commercial name "Kórtex" (hereinafter, "Kórtex").

What data we collect and how
The only personal data we collect is what you voluntarily send us through the contact form:
- Your name and the centre you belong to.
- Email address.
- The type of centre you select (imaging, dental, care home or therapy), if you indicate it.
- Phone number, only if you choose to provide it.
- The message you write to us.
This site has no user accounts, requires no registration and uses no analytics or browsing tracking tools. If you do not fill in the form, we collect no personal data about you at all.
Please do not include health data or clinical information about patients in the form message: there are appropriate channels for that kind of information, established contractually when a project begins.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the form data for one thing only: to answer your audit or contact request and manage the conversation you have started.
The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and, where applicable, your consent when submitting the form (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not build profiles with it.
Recipients and processors
To deliver the form to our inbox we use FormSubmit.co, a third party service acting as an email forwarding processor: it receives the data you type into the form and forwards it to the Kórtex email address. The message is then stored with our email provider.
There are no other recipients. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, except where legally required.
Google Fonts
The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts servers. This means that, when the page loads, your browser makes a request to Google servers and discloses your IP address to them. Google may process that information in accordance with its own privacy policy. This is the only third party connection that occurs while browsing this site.
Data retention
We keep your data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any relationship that may arise from it. When it is no longer necessary, we delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Spanish data protection law, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time. Simply write to us at danielbrosed@gmail.com stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Minors
This site is aimed at professionals and healthcare centres. It is not intended for minors and we do not deliberately collect data from minors.
