System design
We define each agent: its goal, its tools, its limits and the points where it escalates to your team. We agree the human oversight protocol and the data processing arrangements with your DPO.
Integrated deployment
We connect to your RIS, HIS, PACS, telephony and WhatsApp. We start in supervised mode: the agent proposes and your team approves, until the data supports giving it more autonomy.
Operation and improvement
Results report, monthly review with management and continuous improvement of the agents. Our dashboard is in development with the design already complete: soon you will watch the activity live yourself. Our contract renews on results, not on inertia.

We adapt to your system, not the other way round: through an API or through HL7/FHIR and DICOM standards where they exist, and through supervised workflows where they do not. During the initial audit we validate the integration with your software provider before committing to any timeline.
We sign a data processing agreement and we work local first: sensitive clinical data is processed on site, on AI workstations we install in your practice, and whatever has to leave stays on European infrastructure. We do not use clinical data to train third-party models, and every action is logged. The protocol is designed together with your data protection officer before a single record is touched.
The first agent is usually live in 2 to 3 weeks if it is a lighter piece such as reminders or reviews, and in 6 to 9 weeks if it involves voice or system integration, always in supervised mode. The model is a monthly fee per deployed agent, plus its one-off setup, with a first month as a trial. Nothing here is given away: the two-week workflow audit is the only phase we do not invoice, and you keep the plan even if you do not continue with us. Everything after that has its price and its contract.
